Gym Rules

While working out, please keep these guidelines in mind:

1 – Warm up and stretch in the CrossFit area
2 – When you enter the Gym, you are here to train, not to talk or socialize
3 – If you finish training first, leave the Gym so as not to disturb the other athletes
4 – For no reason should you coach or give technical help to a partner without first asking the coach if that would be acceptable
5 – Maintain discipline. Most athletes come here to improve, and that requires concentration and discipline
