Do I have to compete?

No, you do not. While we do encourage putting your training to a purpose it is not required of you.

What Equipment do I need bring?

All you will need is a pair of weightlifting shoes. If you do not own a pair yet don’t let that stop you. We can help you find the right pair but you will need them eventually.

How do I join, and how much is it?

If you have experience, email us at Team@kilodelphia.com or click this link HERE! and schedule a drop-in. If you do not have experience we can schedule a couple one on ones to get up to speed on the basics so you can train with the team asap.

Are there additional hours I can train?

We have some flexibility here due to the fact that the CrossFit gym we share a space with is open all day.

Are all sessions coached?

Not all of the hours available to you to train are coached. we

How long does a session take?

Most people get through their sessions in 90 - 120 mins
